"I announced my call to preach on October 28, 2007 after years of struggling against the Lord and finally surrendering my will to Him. In 2015 I joined as a missionary with a prison ministry mission board and served with that board for 10 years. In February 2025 the Lord began to work in my heart about my ministry in the prisons being more local church after hearing a message about the way God planned mission work to operate. After much prayer and consultation with my pastor I began serving with Samaria Prison Ministry out of my local church in November 2025." - Bro. Thomas Hawkins
